2. Betting Rules & Settlement

13. Winning slips are valid for 30 days from the event date.

15. A bet is won only if all specified outcomes are predicted correctly.
16. Odds and limits may vary after a bet is made, but terms at the time of placement remain active.
17. Bets on known outcomes are settled at odds of 1.
21. eSports Live: Technical failures/unfinished streams result in refunds only if the event does not occur or is not settled.
22. Obvious errors (misprints, inconsistent odds) result in voided bets settled at odds of 1.
23. Erroneous odds are settled based on final results at effective market odds.
24. Suspected unsportsmanlike format/match-fixing allows the company to block/void bets (odds 1) without presenting evidence.
3. Dispute Resolution & Liability
18. Disputes must be settled via a written pre-trial complaint procedure.
19. Complaints must be sent to the bookmaker's registered office or the customer's residence.
20. Complaints must be filed within 10 days (72 hours for Cyber-Live) of the violation with supporting documents.
25. If a complaint is not considered within the timeframe, action may be brought to court in the bookmaker's registered office country.
28. VVLiveCasino is not liable for indirect, collateral, or incidental losses (including loss of profit).
29. Connection failures during bet confirmation do not entail bet cancellation.
30. Placing a bet acts as proof of agreement to these Rules.
31. Only results declared by the bookmaker are valid for settlement.
32. No complaints regarding transliteration/translation of names or minor tournament title mistakes will be considered.
4. Account Security & Anti-Fraud
26. Rules are subject to amendment; new bets follow amended rules, while earlier bets remain unchanged.
27. Customers are responsible for password/account number confidentiality. Do not disclose withdrawal/phone change codes to third parties.
33. One account per family, address, IP, and payment method. Associated persons cannot register.
34. Account Termination Grounds: Duplicate registration; forged documents; fraud (rake fraud, stolen cards, bots, concert betting/syndicates); influence over match outcomes; or using automated software/glitches. Management may request ID/residential proof and inform local authorities of fraud.
35. Refusal of verification allows the company to void bets, block accounts, and freeze funds.
36. Post-investigation, the company may close accounts, void bonuses/winnings, and refund balances minus owed amounts.
37. Exceptional cases may allow continued use of a main account while duplicate bets are voided.
38. Verification: May include video conferencing or postal documents. Verification takes up to 72 hours; results within 5 working days. Invalid data leads to bet cancellation.
39. Inactive accounts (3 months) are blocked. Contact security@VVLiveCasino.com to unblock.
40. Currency changes (exceptional) incur a 10% conversion fee and require passport verification via email.
41. Account holders take exclusive responsibility for all activities, including third-party access.
42. New rules take effect immediately upon publication.
5. Responsible Gaming & Addiction

2. Wagering

Wager Requirements
Players must wager from funds credited into their accounts. All wagering is void if it is found that a Player never successfully deposited or completed a Funds Transfer. Following a deposit, the total bet must equivalent to or exceed the deposited amount. Failure to comply will result in the rejection of withdrawal requests; players are advised to deposit based on demand.
Confirmed Wagers
VVLiveCasino cannot and will not cancel wagers once they have been confirmed. Exceptions are only made if a wager is declared void or in circumstances involving incorrect results/settlements as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Accurate Wagering Records

Deduction of Wagers & Unresolved Bets
Stakes are deducted at the time the Bet is placed, regardless of when results are determined. VVLiveCasino will not refund Bets placed on future draws that have yet to be concluded. Such Bets will be resolved upon game completion, and applicable winnings will be credited at that time.
Final Authority

Taxation & Substitution

Management Authority
