VVCasino Terms & Conditions — Legal Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form the legal contract between you ("the Player") and VVCasino ("the Operator," "we," "us"). By registering, depositing, or wagering at VVCasino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by everything outlined below. We recommend reading the full agreement carefully — your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Binding agreement

By accessing or using VVCasino in any way — including registering an account, browsing the website, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1.2 Companion documents

These Terms & Conditions must be read together with our Rules & Regulations, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming policy. All four documents form the complete agreement between you and VVCasino. Where any conflict arises between documents, the more specific provision governs the situation it addresses.

1.3 Updates & amendments

VVCasino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to all registered account holders by email and in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of your account after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

  • "Account" means the personal player account registered in your name at VVCasino.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other promotional incentive offered by VVCasino.
  • "Funds" means real monetary value deposited or won and held in your Account, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • "Game" means any slot, table game, live dealer game, game show, sportsbook bet, esports bet, cock fighting bet, or other wagering product offered on the platform.
  • "KYC" means Know-Your-Customer verification — the identity, age, and address verification process required before withdrawal.
  • "Operator," "VVCasino," "we," "us," "our" refer to the legal entity operating the VVCasino brand.
  • "Player," "you," "your" mean the registered account holder agreeing to these terms.
  • "Platform" means the VVCasino website at vvcasino.net and any associated mobile applications, sub-domains, or related services.
  • "Service Provider" means any third-party game studio, sportsbook provider, payment processor, or technology partner that supports the VVCasino platform.
  • "Wager" means the placing of a real-money or bonus-money bet, stake, or selection on any Game.

3. Eligibility & Account Creation

3.1 Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher) to register, deposit, or wager. Any account discovered to belong to a person below the required age will be closed immediately with all winnings forfeited and original deposits returned to the source.

3.2 Jurisdiction

VVCasino operates under offshore international licensing frameworks. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of VVCasino is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. We do not actively target residents of jurisdictions where consumer use of offshore online gambling is prohibited.

3.3 Prohibited jurisdictions

VVCasino does not accept registrations or wagers from residents of jurisdictions that have specifically prohibited offshore online gambling at the consumer level, where doing so would violate applicable law. The list of prohibited jurisdictions is reviewed regularly; players are responsible for confirming their own legal status.

3.4 One account per player

Each person is entitled to one (1) VVCasino account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether through different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, VVCasino reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonus claims across duplicates, and forfeit balances on duplicate accounts.

3.5 Truthful registration

All information you provide during registration must be true, complete, accurate, and kept current. This includes legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, phone number, and government-issued identification details required for verification. Providing false information at any time is grounds for account closure and balance forfeiture.

3.6 Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, VVCasino is required to verify your identity by reviewing government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. We may also request enhanced verification for transactions above set thresholds or where unusual activity is flagged. Full details are set out in our Rules & Regulations.

4. Account Use & Restrictions

4.1 Personal use only

Your VVCasino account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any other person — including family members, friends, or business associates — to use your account, deposit funds into your account, place wagers using your account, or withdraw from your account.

4.2 Account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, two-factor authentication tokens, and any other security information associated with your account. VVCasino is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using a unique, strong password.

4.3 Suspicious activity reporting

You must notify VVCasino immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, theft of your credentials, or any other security incident. We will investigate and may suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds.

4.4 Restricted activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potentially legal action:

  • Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial means to play games or place wagers.
  • Collusion or coordinated multi-account activity to gain unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform without immediate reporting.
  • Money laundering or use of the platform to convert proceeds of illegal activity.
  • Identity fraud or use of another person's payment methods, identity, or banking credentials.
  • Chargeback abuse — initiating disputes for legitimately authorised transactions.
  • Match-fixing or use of insider information in sportsbook betting.
  • Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

4.5 Account inactivity

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. After 24 months of complete inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee may apply to dormant balances. To prevent dormancy, log in at least once every 12 months — no wagering required.

5. Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

VVCasino accepts deposits through the following Malaysian banking methods: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers across major Malaysian banks. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, BTC) are accepted on approved accounts. The minimum deposit per transaction is MYR 30. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and verification level.

5.2 Wagering requirement on deposits

To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1× turnover) before withdrawal. Players who deposit and request withdrawal without any wagering activity may be subject to a processing fee and enhanced verification review.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes via our automated cashier during normal operating hours. Manual review may apply where KYC is incomplete, withdrawal exceeds MYR 50,000, the withdrawal method differs from deposit methods, or unusual patterns are detected. 5.4 Withdrawal to original source

Where reasonably practicable, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits. If this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified bank account in the registered account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.5 Currency & conversion

Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in other currencies are automatically converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Conversion fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

5.6 Errors in account balance

If we discover an error in your account balance — for example, a duplicate deposit credit, incorrect bonus credit, or system error — we reserve the right to correct the balance to reflect what your account should accurately show. We will notify you of any such adjustment and provide an explanation. Funds credited in error do not become your property.

5.7 No interest on balances

Funds held in your VVCasino account do not earn interest. The account is a wagering wallet, not a savings instrument. We recommend depositing only the amount you intend to play with in the short term, and withdrawing winnings promptly.

6. Games, Wagering & Settlements

6.1 Game outcomes

All game outcomes — including slot spins, table game results, live dealer rounds, and sportsbook settlements — are final. Decisions on game outcomes are based on the recorded logs of the relevant game provider or sportsbook operator and are not subject to player challenge except where a clear technical malfunction can be demonstrated.

6.2 Game fairness

All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party agencies. Each game's Return-to-Player (RTP) is set by the game provider and is not modified by VVCasino. We never operate reduced-RTP versions of any game.

6.3 Game malfunction

In the event of a confirmed game malfunction — software error, server failure, or irregular outcome that cannot be verified by provider logs — all related wagers will be voided and stakes refunded. Apparent winnings from malfunctioning games do not become payable. Determinations of malfunction are final and based on game provider audit records.

6.4 Disconnection during play

If you are disconnected during a game, the game will continue or settle according to the provider's standard rules. For live casino games, hands in progress complete based on dealer actions. For slots, spins in progress complete and winnings are credited to your balance. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during real-money play.

6.5 Sportsbook settlement

Sportsbook bets at WBET, SBOBET, and SABA Sports are settled based on official results from the relevant league, governing body, or sanctioning organisation. Settlement is governed by the specific rules of the sportsbook provider on which the bet was placed. In the event of conflict between provider rules and these terms, the provider's rules apply to that specific bet.

6.6 Maximum payout

The maximum payout on any single bet slip or wager is MYR 1,000,000, unless otherwise stated for specific events, jackpot games, or promotional offers. Bets exceeding this potential payout are settled at the cap, with any excess potential winnings forfeited.

6.7 Obvious errors

Bets or wagers accepted as a result of obvious pricing error — incorrect team listing, decimal placement mistakes, palpable provider error — may be voided and stakes refunded even after acceptance. The obvious-error provision exists solely for genuine pricing mistakes and is not used to disadvantage players who have placed legitimately calculated bets.

7. Promotions & Bonuses

7.1 Bonus offering

VVCasino offers a range of bonuses and promotions including the welcome bonus (up to MYR 2,880), deposit bonuses, cashback, free credit promotions, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms which are clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page.

7.2 General bonus terms

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

  • Each bonus is available once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
  • Standard wagering requirement (rollover) is the bonus amount.
  • Maximum bet during rollover is MYR 30 on slots, 5% of bonus on table games.
  • Bonus credits expire 30 days after issue if not used.
  • Game contribution rates vary by category — full details in the Rules & Regulations.

7.3 Bonus abuse

Any of the following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension:

  • Operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
  • Coordinated bonus farming across linked accounts.
  • Placing offsetting bets to clear rollover with minimal variance.
  • Exploiting specific bonus mechanics primarily for arbitrage rather than entertainment.

7.4 Promotional changes

VVCasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that material changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and validly held. Players will not be disadvantaged by changes to promotions after a bonus has been accepted.

7.5 Promotion-specific terms

Each individual promotion may carry its own specific terms regarding eligibility, qualifying deposits, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), maximum bonus values, and time limits. These specific terms always take precedence over the general bonus terms in this section.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform ownership

All content on the VVCasino platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the website — is owned by VVCasino or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Game provider IP

All games are owned by their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Mega888, 918Kiss, WBET, SBOBET, SABA Sports, SV388, AWC, and others). Game graphics, mechanics, names, and branding are the property of those providers, and any use beyond playing the games on our platform is strictly prohibited.

8.3 Limited use licence

VVCasino grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software.
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose without explicit written authorisation.

8.4 Trademarks

"VVCasino," our logos, and our taglines are trademarks of VVCasino. You may not use these marks without express written permission. Other trademarks appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Use at your own risk

You access and use VVCasino at your own risk. Gambling is a high-risk entertainment activity, and you should never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Please review our Responsible Gaming policy before depositing or wagering.

9.2 No warranties

VVCasino is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, fitness for any particular purpose, or specific outcomes.

9.3 Indirect damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVCasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to lost profits, lost wages, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Maximum liability cap

In any event, the total aggregate liability of VVCasino to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, less any winnings already paid to you.

9.5 Force majeure

VVCasino is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, network failures, internet outages, third-party service provider failures, or labour disputes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VVCasino, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Rules & Regulations, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming policy.
  • Your violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the platform.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • Any content or information you submit to or through the platform.
  • Any unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

VVCasino reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defence.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 By you

You may close your VVCasino account at any time by submitting a written request through the contact page. Verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5-10 business days of closure approval. Closed accounts cannot be reopened — a new registration would be required.

11.2 By VVCasino

VVCasino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • You have breached these Terms & Conditions or any companion policy.
  • You have engaged in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 4.4.
  • You have provided false or misleading information at registration or verification.
  • Your continued use of the platform poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to VVCasino.
  • You have failed to respond to KYC requests or other verification within reasonable timeframes.

11.3 Consequences of termination

Upon account closure or termination for cause, the following applies:

  • Your right to access and use the platform ends immediately.
  • Open wagers will be settled according to standard game rules.
  • Verified, legitimately earned funds will be returned to your registered payment method.
  • Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited where termination is for cause.
  • Records of your account activity will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

11.4 Survival

Sections of these terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect after your account is closed.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VVCasino holds its operational gaming licence, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12.2 Dispute resolution process

The dispute resolution process is fully set out in our Rules & Regulations and follows three escalating steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team via the contact page, live chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Most issues resolve within 24 hours.
  • Step 2: If unresolved, request escalation to senior management. Formal written response within 7 business days.
  • Step 3: If still unresolved, submit to independent gaming arbitration. VVCasino agrees to abide by binding decisions of recognised arbitration bodies.

12.3 No class actions

Any dispute between you and VVCasino must be brought individually. You agree not to participate in or initiate any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against VVCasino arising from or related to these terms.

12.4 Time limit on claims

Any claim against VVCasino must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or within the shortest period allowed by applicable law if shorter. Claims brought after this period are permanently barred.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Rules & Regulations, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VVCasino regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

13.2 No waiver

Failure by VVCasino to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other. A waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your VVCasino account or any rights under these terms to any third party without our express written consent. VVCasino may freely assign these terms in connection with a sale, merger, or other transfer of our business.

13.4 Headings

Section headings throughout these terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions to which they relate.

13.5 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. Translations into other languages may be provided for convenience, but the English version prevails in any conflict of interpretation.
